Bert's Apple Cake

Intended for dinners at Rosie's Place, but feel free to bake one for yourself.

Mix and beat well:
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Sift and add:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Add 1 cup chopped nuts and 4 cups chopped apples.

Mix and bake in a greased and floured tube pan @375 for 50 minutes.
