Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service

On January 27, members of NHCC and four other churches spent the morning at the Newton Community Service Center.  Volunteers, organized by Claire Kashuck, the Volunteer Coordinator for the Center, and Carl McDonald, urban outreach director of City Mission Society, cleaned, sanded, and painted classrooms, hallways, and furniture.
